Vice President - Logistics Systems
Donna Vaughn is the Vice President of Logistics Systems. Donna joined Swift in 2008 and has over fifteen years of combined transportation systems and project management experience. She has lead System Implementation, IT, Pricing, Account Payable and Process Improvement teams. Donna has a BS in Finance from Grand Canyon University.
Director of Brokerage Operations
Matt Stobaugh serves as Director of Operations for Swift Logistics and joined the company in 2014. He has over 17 years in transportation and operations. Matt spent 8 years with Transplace(Non-asset 3PL) as their Director of Operations for their refrigerated division. Prior to Transplace, he spent 7 years with Walmart Transportation in various management roles from Produce Operations Manager, Dry Grocery Operations Manager, Corporate Traffic Manager and Freight Conversion Manager. He completed his bachelor's degree from Arkansas Tech University.
Director of National Accounts
Steve Lowe joined Swift Logistics in 2014 and is the Director of National Accounts. He has successfully implemented on-site freight management and TMS programs for several fortune 500 companies. Steve comes to Swift with 25 years of experience in the logistics industry and he specializes in perishable commodities.
Director of Brokerage Solutions
Gerardo oversees brokerage operations between Mexico and the U.S. at Swift Logistics’ Laredo, TX office. Gerardo joined Swift in 2013 and has over nine years of transportation industry experience, specializing in international logistics operations, special projects management, customs security protocols, cross-border requirements and issues. He attended the Monterrey Institute of Technology, Monterrey, Mexico with studies in Industrial, Electronic and Systems Engineering. Gerardo is fluent in Spanish and English.
